Standard Lawyers Professional

  • Full-time private practice law firms

    • Defense reimbursement (Subject to a policy maximum of $10,000)
    • Minimum premium $1,000
    • Claims expenses outside the limits of liability available to qualifying firms
    • Flexible deductible options including first-dollar defense and aggregate deductible
    • Disciplinary proceeding included (subject to a maximum of $5,000 per policy period)
    • Prior-acts coverage available to qualifying firms and their predecessors in business
    • Notary public, title agent and arbitration/mediation coverage included
    • "Consent to settle" clause subject to policy conditions
