As a full time Associate at Willis, you and your eligible dependents can take advantage of our many benefit plans.

Medical - Willis offers three different medical plan options. The plans are preferred provider organization (PPO) arrangements, which allow you to seek care from any recognized healthcare provider, but you will have lower out-of-pocket expenses if you receive care from network providers. All the plans are administered by Aetna.

Dental - Willis offers three dental plan options through Delta Dental. You may receive care from any recognized provider under any of the plans, but your out-of-pocket expenses will be lower if you use a network provider. Diagnostic preventive care is covered at 100 percent with no deductible.

Vision - Willis offers vision care through Vision Service Plan (VSP). You may purchase vision care benefits for eye examinations, frames, lenses and contact lenses. You may choose network or non-network providers.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) - The FSA allows you to use pre-tax dollars to pay for expenses that are not covered by the medical, dental or vision plans. These accounts are also important for parents with children who need day care assistance during work hours.

A Health Savings Account (HSA) and Limited Health Care Spending Account (LHCSA) are also offered to Associates who enroll in the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP).

Protection against the loss of income due to serious illness or in the event of an accident is important to you and your family. Willis offers income protection through a combination of life and disability insurance.

Planning For Your Future

401k - Associates can join the 401(k) plan upon completing two months of service. Associates may choose among a wide selection of investment options. On the first day of the month following one year of service, Willis will begin to match 50 percent of Associate contributions up to 6 percent of eligible pay to a maximum annual match of $6,000. Partial vesting of the employer match begins after two years of service and the match is fully vested
after five years of service.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) - This plan provides Associates with the opportunity to purchase Willis stock through the convenience of regular payroll deductions in order to benefit from the long-term growth of the company.

Paid Time Off

Willis celebrates nine designated holidays during the year. In addition, Willis provides two personal days to celebrate special holidays that are meaningful to Associates and their families.

Vacation accrual begins on the 91st day of employment and during the first two years with Willis, Associates receive up to two weeks of paid time off. Vacation awards grow quickly - on January 1 after two years of service, Associates receive three weeks of paid time off each year and on January 1 after nine years of service they receive four weeks of paid vacation.
