1. Where is the Program located?

  • Opportunities for the 2012 RMA Program will be available in Atlanta, Chicago, Boston, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, or Washington, D.C.
  • On your application you will have the opportunity to specify your desired training location.

2. What are the program requirements?

  • Bachelor's degree earned by May 2012
  • Graduate with a minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Eligible work to the US without sponsorship now or in the future
  • All majors are considered

  • February 1, 2012

5. How does the selection process work?

  • Step 1: Complete an online application and attach your resume. Applications are reviewed and selected candidates will be contacted.
  • Step 2: Phone Screen: RMA Program Recruiter will contact you to review your qualifications, discuss your interest in the program, and answer any questions you may have.
  • Step 3: Business Case Assessment: Candidates selected after phone interview will be invited to participate in the first round of the assessment process, which is the presentation of a business case.
  • Step 4: Interview with Senior Management: After the business case assessment, successful candidates will be invited to a series of interviews with senior leaders in the hiring office.

6. When does the program begin?

    Formal induction will take place in June 2012. Optional early January starts will also be available for selected December 2011 graduates.

7. What happens after the program?

    At the conclusion of the program, RMAs are matched to professional opportunities in offices across the country.

8. Are RMA participants salaried and benefits eligible?

    All RMAs are salaried employees with regular fulltime status. All RMAs will be eligible to participate in those employee benefit programs which are generally made available to all company associates.

9. What kind of training will I receive if accepted into the program?

  • RMAs participate in an induction program which introduces them to Willis and the insurance industry.
  • Willis provides intensive on the job training in client facing roles working alongside seasoned professionals.
  • In addition to on the job training, RMAs participate in other training opportunities offered by the Willis Academy.
  • In addition to an immediate supervisor, each RMA is assigned a mentor and buddy.
