  • Who is the Programme aimed at?
    Those who are in their final year of study (this can be of an undergrad or Masters course) and are predicted to achieve a minimum 2:1 classification (or equivalent)

  • When would I start?
    The 2012 Programme starts 10th september 2012


  • I don't have a visa to work in the UK, will Willis sponsor me?
    Due to the immigration cap we can only accept applications from those who are legally entitled to work in the UK


  • What is the salary?
    You will earn a starting salary of £26k with benefits including pension and private health insurance


  • What is the assessment process?
    See the 'Apply Now' section. You must also be eligible to work in the UK


  • What are the minimum requirements?
    You must be on target to obtain a 2:1 degree or equivalent and strong academic background before your degree. You will be asked for proof of your academic achievements
