Our programme
At Willis we know how important it is to the business to have skillful and ambitions associates. To keep the Company successful, one of our action points is to hire Graduates into a uniquely designed 2 year graduate programme that will train you up from a University graduate to a qualified Sales and Client Relation professional.
We will support your professional development through the insurance industry qualifications. You will participate in internal and external training and will also be coached regularly during the programme to enable you to achieve challenging personal targets. Our aim is to ensure that you develop quickly and successfully into an insurance professional, so that you can play a key role in supporting Willis Denmark’s goals of brining Risk Management into the boardroom and to look at Risk in a more holistic way.
We are looking for Graduates typically from business schools with speciality in areas concerning economic, Business understanding, Law. Financing and/or Investment.
The programme consists of:
- One week induction in London which gives you an extensive overview of the Insurance Industry
- Induction programme in Denmark, covering opportunities to learn about different areas of the Willis Practice in Denmark
- Sales and technical training in Denmark covering a wide range of topics
- Opportunities to meet and speak with senior Associates
