Willis Spain – Graduate programme
The Willis Spanish Graduate Programme is aimed at graduates who are interested in developing a career as an Account Executive in the Insurance Broking sector.
The Spanish programme is based in our Madrid office and commences in September 2012 with a week of initial training at our headquarters in London.
What will I learn?
People who participate in this programme have the opportunity to learn and explore different areas and departments of Willis. We will establish a rotation schedule in various business units considered most interesting for the graduate to acquire a business vision and the operation of the Company.
Who are we looking for?
We seek people with business skills and passion for starting a career in the insurance market. In addition to this you must have the following:
- A solid academic back ground including a Law, Business Administration or Economics degree from a prestigious school
- Fluency in Spanish and English. Valuable international experience
- Strong communication skills
- Individuals with initiative and high commercial profile
- Proficiency in Domain office suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access would be an advantage
