The Willis Graduate Program Italy is a 2 year program that aims to prepare young talented people for a career in the Insurance Broking industry

The program will be based in our Milan Office starting in September 2012 with 1 week induction training in our London Head Office. It will give the opportunity to learn and explore different areas and Departments of an international and structured insurance Broker such as Accounting, Claims Management, Employee Benefits, Large Clients and International.

The program will consist both of on the job training and classroom training to ensure the proper mix of theory and experience.

Graduate profile
We are looking for students:

  • in their last year of a Master degree or in their last year of university studies
  • with strong communication and team working skills
  • willing to deepen the insurance and broking knowledge
  • at least fluent in English
