About our Programme
Willis Germany offers a uniquely designed 2 year Graduate Programme that will train you up from a University graduate to a qualified Sales professional. We will support your professional development through the Insurance Industry qualifications and you will also be coached regularly during the programme to enable you to achieve challenging personal targets. Our aim is to ensure that you develop quickly and successfully into an insurance professional, so that you can play a key role in supporting Willis Germany’s goals of rapid growth and the highest quality customer service.
The programme provides a combination of theory, training & development designed to ensure that upon completion of the programme you are fully equipped to move into a Sales Acquisition position within any of our Willis Practices.
The programme consists of:
- One week induction in London which gives you an extensive overview of the Insurance Industry
- Sales and technical training in Germany covering a wide range of topics
- Three months stay in our office in Zurich (Switzerland)
- Willis Practice rotations in different areas to give you a broad understanding of our business
- Opportunities to meet and speak with senior Associates
