About our Program

Willis offers a uniquely designed graduate program that will get you from a University graduate to a qualified Account Broker within 13 months.

The program provides a combination of theory and on the job training designed to ensure that upon completion of the course you are fully equipped to accept an Account Broker position within any of Willis Practices.

The program consists of:

  • Technical workshops covering a wide range of topics;
  • 4x3 month Willis Practice rotations;
  • Opportunities to meet and speak with senior Associates;
  • Fully paid Tier 1 Diploma of Financial Services in Insurance Broking qualifications;
