The Willis Graduate Program offers opportunities for graduates to join us in one of our global offices for the career of a lifetime. The Program is a 2 year curriculum that consists of on-the-job learning complemented by training courses that are offered via the Willis Academy. Our Program, which is expanding annually, currently recruits graduates in our US, UK, Australia, and China offices. In addition, UK based graduates will study for the Chartered Insurance Institute examinations leading to the ACII qualification.

Applications are now closed for the UK Graduate Program, the UK Summer Internship Program and the UK Sandwich Program.

Summer Internship (UK only)

Commencing in June, we offer a 10 week internship for those in their penultimate year of study. You will receive induction and training in your first week and then you will become a contributing member of your assigned business unit. You will work alongside some of our internal experts to learn about the industry.

Sandwich Year (UK only)

For those studying a Sandwich course at University, we offer a 1 year placement. This is a non rotational program and you will become fully integrated into your assigned business unit. Throughout your year with Willis, you will have ample opportunity to work alongside our leaders and to learn through the Willis Academy.

Both the Summer Internship and the Sandwich Year are the best possible ways to secure a full time position on our Graduate Program for the following year.
