Who are we looking for?
We are specifically looking for final year engineering graduates for our Norway Graduate Programme.
The Graduate Programme is a full time job opportunity at Willis AS in Oslo. It is ideal for ambitious graduates who are looking to join a dynamic and rapidly growing industry and to have an exciting and challenging career.
What training do we offer?
You will start your two year Graduate Programme with a one week intensive induction in our London office. This induction will prepare you for all you need to know about the Insurance Industry as a whole. You will then return to Norway to join your team and will be given further on the job training.
We will support your professional development through insurance industry qualifications and (international) training opportunities. At the conclusion of the programme Graduates are well rounded and prepared for their long term (international) career at Willis.
What does the Programme look like?
During the two years, you will be introduced to all aspects of our business, conducted in and from Norway. You will spend time with various different business teams depending on your personal interests, our requirements and your prior studies at University. In each rotation, Graduates are involved in individual and team assignments, a combination of theory and on the job training. Career goals are well defined at the beginning of the two year programme and Graduates are appraised at the conclusion of each track.
