We have opportunities for two intelligent and talented Graduates in various areas of insurance brokerage. Each
graduate participates in a two year formal rotation process in which they spend a few months in Placement,
Claims, Clients Service, Sales and a Risk Management track. In each rotation, Graduates are involved in
individual and team assignments, a combination of theory and on the job training. Career goals are well defined
at the beginning of the two year programme and Graduates are appraised at the conclusion of each track. We will
support your professional development through insurance industry qualifications and (international) training
opportunities.
At the conclusion of the programme Graduates are well rounded and prepared for their long term (international)
career at Willis.
